Customer Service
Here at North West Therapy our number one priority is customer satisfaction. We want to guarantee that when you come to us you always leave with a smile on your face. All our therapists are committed to giving you a first class service every time you visit. We provide a customer feedback form for you to fill in and tell us what you feel about your experience, so we can constantly maintain high quality outcomes.
Quick Response Time
It is our aim to provide you with the help you need as soon as possible. So when you get in touch we will always ring back within 24 hours, to get more information and set up an appointment for you. If it is an emergency appointment you are after then we will aim to get you into see one of our therapists in 3 to 5 working days. If it is a normal appointment you are after then we will aim to give you an appointment in 7 to 10 working days. We understand the importance of seeing people as soon as possible so we always aim to give you the soonest possible appointment we can.
Privacy Policy
We understand that it is important for you to be able to trust us, to know that whatever you say while in with your therapist stays between you and your therapist. Therefore we have a very strict policy on confidentiality. Only your therapist has access to the information we get from you and we will not give any of this information to outside parties. If you went for counselling through the NHS or your GP your medical records may show your treatments. When you come to us we retain your information within our organisation and it stays off your medical records. NWTC are registered with the Information Commissioner as a controller of sensitive data under the Data Protection Act (1998). We follow the government recommendations and guidelines for storing and handling sensitive data (such as transcripts of counselling sessions and notes).
