The complete programme is developed and offered in three sessions:

Session One:
Group seminar looking at:

  • NLP principles
  • Golden rules to healthy living and weight management
  • Managing Metabolisms
  • Changing Habits
  • Motivation and Anchoring.

Session Two:
In addition to the group sessions, an individual 2 hour session will be scheduled with every delegate in between session 1 and 3 to address specific issues in privacy that may limit your progress.
These may include:

  • Addressing underlying emotional issues that may cause cravings
  • Addressing any internal conflict
  • Turn limiting beliefs into positive, enabling beliefs

Session Three:
Group seminar looking at:

  • Reprogramming the mind to change habits
  • Identifying values and motivating drivers
