Counselling

Hypnotherapy is the therapeutic use of hypnosis. A hypnotherapist can induce this natural state to treat symptoms and problems, and this is often done by providing suggestions to the subconscious to suppress, change or manage the symptom. Podiatry / Chiropody
Chiropodist / Podiatrist, deal with the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the lower limb and treat people with arthritis, diabetes, nail surgery and sports injuries. We work with people of all ages but play a particularly important role in helping older people to stay mobile and, therefore, independent.
Stress and Anger Management
The term anger management commonly refers to a system of psychological therapeutic techniques and exercises by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce the triggers, degrees, and effects of an angered emotional state.
